    Dr Hina is a key opinion leader. She has featured in international menopause publications and combines her knowledge of women's health with fitness practices, encompassing how to help clients internally and externally.

    As a physio and hypnotherapist, Lucinda treats the mind as well as the body. She fully understands that you can only really cure the body if you take care of the mind.

    Amina is a qualified osteopath and personal trainer. Working with patients of all ages, she is experienced at treating a wide variety of complaints. With her holistic, integrated approach she aims to treat the whole person. Amina uses a wide range of manual techniques including soft tissue, manipulations, cranio-sacral therapy and corrective exercises.

    Having established himself as a gymnastics coach in Galway, Ireland, Conor has progressed to personal training and gained a BSc in Sports & Exercises Sciences.

    Lizzy has a background in dance, Pilates and yoga. She provides diverse and challenging sessions that place a firm focus on the safe alignment of the body, and moving with breath.

    Leonie attained a BSc in Sport Science at Brunel University before becoming a PT and helping individuals improve their lifestyle. In 2017 she earned a silver medal with Team England at the world cheerleading championships.

    Zoë is a qualified fitness professional and NASM L2 & L3 personal trainer, and has been featured in Cosmopolitan magazine. During her fitness career Zoë has worked with many celebs and brands including Grazia, Sweaty Betty, Space NK, TopShop and Sure.
